Responsibilities
- Review projects and inspect construction progress
- Monitor the execution of structures and architectural installations
- Verify that the construction team adheres to specified quality and safety standards
- Define objectives, scope, schedule, and resources required for inspection
- Identify technical issues and propose corrective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all stages, from approvals to inspection reports
- Certify and qualitatively validate field activities to ensure compliance with detailed engineering
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in CAD and MS Project
- Advanced or fluent English
