Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concrete deliveries at construction sites to minimize operational and transit risks.
• Optimize cycle times for mixer trucks and pumps to maximize efficiency and reduce waiting times.
• Facilitate the concrete supply process by identifying potential safety, service, or quality contingencies.
• Inspect safety conditions of routes, access points, and discharge zones, requesting necessary corrections from client site managers.
• Support the dispatch area by coordinating concrete supply for pours directly from the field.
• Supervise on-site concrete handling to ensure compliance with established criteria and provide guidance on order modifications or product usage.
• Address customer claims regarding volume, quality, and service.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision and concrete pumping services.
• Strong knowledge of Concrete Technology and pumping equipment.
• Valid driver's license with proven experience driving manual (standard) vehicles.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to reside in the local area independently.
