Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, evaluate, and report on the progress and delivery of assigned construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after the construction process to ensure quality.
• Manage contractors, specialists, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget.
• Participate in the preparation of base budgets for upcoming construction projects.
• Perform administrative follow-up for payments to specialists and manage orders for furniture, signage, visibility, and medium tension requirements.
• Utilize various technical tools to execute daily tasks related to the position.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in project volume quantification.
• Experience in budget preparation and management.
• Strong experience in contractor and supplier management.
• Ability to handle administrative follow-up for payments and procurement orders.
• Full availability to meet company objectives and goals.
