About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, evaluate, and report on the progress and delivery of assigned construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections before, during, and after the construction process to ensure quality.
- Manage contractors, specialists, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget.
- Participate in the preparation of base budgets for upcoming construction projects.
- Perform administrative follow-up for payments to specialists and manage orders for furniture, signage, visibility, and medium tension requirements.
- Utilize various technical tools to execute daily tasks related to the position.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge in project volume quantification.
- Experience in budget preparation and management.
- Strong experience in contractor and supplier management.
- Ability to handle administrative follow-up for payments and procurement orders.
- Full availability to meet company objectives and goals.
