Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction and commissioning activities follow approved plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations including workforce, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines
• Enforce HSSE protocols and ensure compliance with company regulations
• Lead site inspections, tests, and verifications for the assigned discipline
• Manage changes to the discipline's plan or scope of work
• Maintain accurate records of progress, HSSE, and quality control data
• Manage and mentor construction supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes
• Practical experience managing and leading onsite teams
• Fluency in spoken and written English
