Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in effectively erecting Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and mentor jobsite personnel
• Manage work plan sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, regional, and local construction laws and regulations

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in steel erection (SE) or pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)
• 5+ years of supervisory experience with mid- to large-sized crews
• Advanced proficiency in reading construction drawings and plans
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certification
• Certified Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
