Responsibilities
- Construct, expand, remodel, enhance, repair, and maintain physical properties across all sites
- Create safe and attractive facilities for guests and campers
- Work under the direction of the Construction Manager to manage multiple projects
- Ensure facilities support spiritual renewal and fellowship
Requirements
- Competence in plan reading and assessment of specifications
- Extensive experience in building construction
- Ability to work or learn to work heavy construction machinery
- Systematic thinking and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Christlike character and professionalism
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate virtual meetings
- Team player attitude
