Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage construction projects across MEP and CSA scopes of work
• Manage construction site security planning and implementation
• Handle day-to-day contractor scheduling, tracking, and material deliveries
• Conduct site inspections with authorities and daily quality inspections
• Develop project schedules and create material take-offs from plan sets
• Perform constructability reviews for cost and feasibility
• Interface with internal SMEs to ensure facilities meet engineering requirements
• Generate daily reports on construction progress, activities, and safety observations

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a site superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Ability to read architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings
• Experience leading safety meetings and identifying job site hazards
• Experience constructing office, laboratory, manufacturing, clean room, or healthcare spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience constructing building foundations from geotechnical analysis to concrete finishing
• Experience erecting PEMB structures
• Experience with MEP construction, including equipment startup and commissioning
