Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations for ground-up multifamily projects from mobilization to completion
• Develop and maintain master construction schedules, including trade sequencing and manpower planning
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance through regular audits and training
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work meets quality, schedule, and budget requirements
• Perform daily site walks to monitor productivity, safety, and progress
• Manage project documentation including daily reports, logs, and inspections
• Oversee quality control and lead municipal inspection processes
• Mentor and supervise Assistant Superintendents and field staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience and education
• Experience in wood-framed multifamily construction strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, technical drawings, and building codes
• Knowledge of job site safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
