Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite activity with a focus on safety, compliance, and execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
• Conduct site walks and review construction plans regularly
• Facilitate site meetings with subcontractors, clients, and inspection teams
• Use ProCore to submit RFIs, track changes, and log daily reports
• Hold trade partners accountable for quality and schedule adherence
• Ensure professional project closeouts

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader in commercial construction
• Experience in retail, QSR, fuel stations, hospitality, or open-store remodels
• Proficiency in reading construction documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms like ProCore
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Western U.S.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification preferred
