Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, and provide progress reports
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain project standards
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience with Office Tenant Improvement
• Strong background in Microsoft Projects and Procore
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as OSHA
