Construction Superintendent – E&I

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage approved Methods of Procedure of Operations (MOPO) at all times
• Facilitate alignment discussions between Logistics, Drilling, and Project construction management to resolve clashes
• Determine work schedule priorities and convene SIMOPs Panels as required
• Provide management oversight for SIMOPs processes between Drilling and EPC Contractors
• Review and endorse Master 2-Week SIMOPs Look Ahead Plans and long-term integrated activity plans
• Chair daily PTW coordination meetings, daily SIMOPs coordination meetings, and weekly SIMOPs Management Team meetings
• Review and authorize high-risk activities in general work areas and new Area Permits
• Participate in periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with facility standards
• Maintain comprehensive records of SIMOPs activities, events, and potential conflicts
• Coordinate with the MCC Support Office to facilitate safe berthing and unberthing of marine units

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required)
• Extensive offshore site experience
• Proven experience working on MEGA EPC projects
• Expertise in SIMOPs (Simultaneous Operations) coordination and management
