Construction Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into daily workflows
• Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve usage and optimize processes
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients
• Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients
• Assist the product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to answer product questions

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office management roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management skills
• Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues
• Ability to communicate comfortably with everyone from foremen to senior-level managers
• Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion
• Understanding of how different parties on a construction project interact to drive successful schedules and budgets
• Ability to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client needs
• Fluency in Dutch
