Construction Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them integrate Fieldwire into their daily construction workflows.
• Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to drive platform adoption and account expansion.
• Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations to educate users.
• Become a product expert to troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the product team by communicating customer feedback to drive platform improvements.
• Build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, from tradesmen to senior managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction experience, ideally in both field and office management roles.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of construction processes from design through to completion.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to brainstorm creative solutions for client needs.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is a significant bonus.
• Experience using construction management software to plan and manage projects.
