Construction Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stacks to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into day-to-day workflows
• Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve platform usage and processes
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients
• Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients
• Assist the product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or product questions as necessary

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably in a combination of field and office management roles
• Strong understanding of construction processes from design to completion
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage everyone from tradesmen to senior managers
• Ability to conduct effective web-based and in-person training
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a dynamic environment
• Diplomacy and patience when navigating customer issues and troubleshooting
