Construction Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify materials against delivery documents
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
• Issue materials against approved Material Requisition Forms (MRF)
• Maintain accurate stock records using manual methods or ERP systems
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
• Ensure the store area remains clean, secure, and well-organized

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Civil construction materials (MEP knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment
