Responsibilities

• Oversee project organization, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure projects are completed to contracted specifications, safely, and within budget
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Review contracts, project scopes, and architectural/vendor drawings
• Requisition labor, equipment, and materials necessary for project completion
• Write subcontracts and purchase orders
• Manage subcontractor insurance and safety documentation
• Prepare progress billings and authorize vendor/subcontractor invoices
• Conduct final project walkthroughs and manage punch list items
• Perform cost analysis for material, labor, equipment, and overhead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience with commercial or industrial projects
• 3 years of experience issuing Owner and subcontractor contracts and change orders
• Knowledge of pre-engineered steel building structures (PEMB)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
• Experience with SAGE 300 project management-accounting software
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Smartsheet experience
• Experience in design-build or General Contractor capacities
• Experience with structural steel projects
