Construction Site Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop the Construction Schedule within the established project periods
• Prepare standard man-hour estimates based on design quantities and the established WBS
• Generate progress curves and manpower histograms using estimated standard man-hours
• Ensure subcontractor schedules align with the Level 4 Construction Schedule
• Perform schedule control at cut-off dates and provide forecasts for completion dates
• Assess physical progress and suggest remedial actions for any deviations from the baseline
• Manage manpower control by comparing actual subcontractor timesheets against the baseline
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports related to site activities

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in construction planning
• Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or extra-large gas plants
• Proven track record in a similar role across at least 2-3 projects of comparable size
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
