Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide the planning, execution, and delivery of the project from inception to completion
• Oversee the project construction team and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor site progress against set goals and schedules
• Review drawings, technical files, and technical documentation as required
• Monitor on-site risks and act proactively
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Provide progress reports to the Project Manager
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations
• Implement best practices for workplace Health and Safety

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (University/TEI)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in airport projects or projects involving extensive safety works
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Deep knowledge of construction processes (concrete, earthworks, steel structures, MEP installations, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office
