Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of High-voltage (HV) connection activities for Datacenter projects
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and performance targets
• Plan and supervise site organization within live or space-constrained environments
• Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors to ensure adherence to QA/QC and EHS standards
• Monitor progress using customer tools and provide detailed technical and commercial reporting
• Manage site issues and interface effectively with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on complex sites
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV electrical infrastructure and substations
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and site reporting
• Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory
