About the role

About the Company

FASTE, a subsidiary of SMAC based in Lisses, specializes in building envelope trades. They provide high-quality, custom solutions in roofing, cladding, waterproofing, locksmithing/metalwork, as well as timber framing and wall structures.

Responsibilities

  • Take operational responsibility for construction sites (new or renovation) across metropolitan France
  • Participate in site preparation and budget development (material volumes, lifting)
  • Define human and material resources required for projects
  • Study technical files and re-evaluate technical studies for site transfer
  • Consult suppliers to optimize costs
  • Implement detailed work schedules from studies to execution
  • Manage orders and trigger deliveries
  • Participate in site meetings and supervise site teams
  • Ensure site safety compliance (PPE, harnesses, etc.)
  • Manage site administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Successful experience in building envelopes, specifically in facades and cladding
  • Knowledge of cladding and waterproofing complexes (steel, HPL, wood, composites)
  • Ability to analyze technical documents (CCTP) and product data sheets
  • Mastery of regulations and standards (fire safety, DTU, CSTB) related to cladding and timber framing
