About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the overall operation of the Material Warehouse and Mechanical Equipment for the project
- Oversee entries in the computerized inventory system (SAP)
- Check the correct completion of Project Machine Forms
- Coordinate the execution and completion of scheduled equipment repairs
- Monitor ongoing and completed machine maintenance
- Communicate with suppliers and place material orders in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Collaborate with the Mechanical Equipment Department at the central offices
- Maintain and implement the Company's Health & Safety Policy
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics and Transport or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site warehouse management
- Experience in similar responsibilities on a large-scale construction project
- Proficient knowledge of SAP
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written)
