Construction Site Internship

Responsibilities

• Support construction and project management by creating daily construction reports and photo documentation on-site
• Learn and apply modern LEAN management methods in a real-world setting
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors working on the construction site
• Verify measurements and assist with billing processes
• Participate in work preparation and quality control to understand site interdependencies

Requirements

• Currently studying Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in construction management and site leadership
• Quick learner with a conscientious and proactive working style
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
• Previous practical experience is helpful but not required
