Construction Site Follow-up Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site follow-up (BPU) for the E10 Morjärv - Svartbyn project
• Monitor contractor control programs and conduct site inspections
• Participate in safety rounds, inspections, and technical reviews
• Follow up on quality, schedule, environment, and work environment
• Review contractor documentation and report weekly to project management
• Provide technical advice within the specific technical area (Bridge, Earthworks, Geotechnics, Surveying, or Environment)

Requirements

Requirements vary by technical area:

Bridge Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience as BPU or construction manager in bridge engineering
• Concrete course Class 1
• Competence according to TRVK APV 1.1

Earthworks

• Minimum 5 years experience as BPU or construction manager in road contracting
• Experience with projects exceeding 75 MSEK
• Competence according to TRVK APV 1.1

Surveying

• Qualification certificate "Mätningstekniska arbeten i Trafikverket" (Type II)
• Experience with road projects, machine guidance, and quantity control
• Competence according to TRVK APV 1.1

Environment

• Relevant education and 5 years experience as environmental manager in infrastructure projects
• Experience with sulfide soil, PAH, and water activity permits
• Competence according to TRVK APV 1.1

Geotechnics

• Relevant education and 3 years experience as a geotechnician in infrastructure projects
• Experience with timber piling and sulfide masses
• Valid B-driver's license and competence according to TRVK APV 1.1
