Construction Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase, multi-year renovation and high-rise structural concrete restoration projects from concept through close-out.
• Oversee the development of the Project Roadmap, managing the team from initial concept to final punch-list.
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving deviations or "red flag" issues.
• Coordinate multiple trades and work closely with building tenants to ensure successful project completion.
• Establish pathways to project success based on key performance indexes defined by stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships internally and externally to represent the Colliers brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management.
• Proven experience working on projects requiring Milestone certifications.
• Hands-on experience with waterproofing and building facade renovations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead vendors and direct diverse teams.
