About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Prepare and maintain baseline schedules and schedule basis documents
- Review and validate contractor schedules for logic, constructability, and compliance
- Monitor project performance through schedule health assessments and critical path analysis
- Facilitate schedule reviews and workshops with project teams and stakeholders
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and perform schedule analytics
- Maintain records of scope changes, risks, and variances
- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and schedule risk assessments
- Execute SOX control responsibilities and maintain governance compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of applicable experience
- Experience working within a complex matrix environment
- Expertise using Primavera P6
- Experience developing level 3 and level 4 construction schedules
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheets preferred
