Construction Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the integrated master schedule for manufacturing facility projects
• Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule (BoS) including assumptions and sequencing logic
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate progress updates and schedule alignment
• Apply resource loading and productivity analysis to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
• Track and analyze Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and develop S-curves
• Coordinate schedule integration with General Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identify and monitor the critical path and perform impact analysis for mitigation plans
• Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
• Proven track record with factories, production plants, or semiconductor facilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Excel
• Expertise in building detailed schedules using Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of industrial construction sequencing and commissioning workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with advanced manufacturing sites or automotive plants
