Construction Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage the Master Construction Schedule and work with contractors to develop L4 baseline schedules
• Coordinate with contractors to establish and implement progress measurement systems
• Track schedule and progress closely, reporting potential deviations to the site management team in a timely manner
• Attend weekly meetings with contractors and site management to present project progress updates
• Proactively address schedule risks, progress delays, and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 10 years of field-based experience as a Construction Scheduler
• Strong multidisciplinary knowledge across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation activities
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 with expertise in developing, maintaining, and updating detailed construction schedules
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with contractors and project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)
