About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Tilos, and InEight.
  • Analyze and allocate resources, including major milestones, critical approvals, and procurement timelines.
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison among project teams to communicate scheduling updates and adjustments.
  • Monitor construction progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for variances.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of scheduling activities, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with project management to align scheduling efforts with financial and cost-saving goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex construction schedules in heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with diverse project teams and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tilos and InEight software.
  • Familiarity with budgeting principles and cost control techniques.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.
