Construction Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new construction opportunities in commercial office, industrial, retail, and hospitality industries
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Prepare and deliver proposals and bid packages
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals
• Build long-term relationships with developers, owners, general contractors, architects, and property managers
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in construction or a related industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to read plans at a high level and understand scope
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and CRM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling commercial construction, specialty trades, or design-build services
• Existing network of industry contacts
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
