About the Company

Monumental is automating on-site construction with robotics and software. Our mission is to make construction software-defined and autonomous - a future where beautiful, bespoke buildings go up in a single day, with minimal labour.

Responsibilities

• Prep real or test construction projects by scoping site conditions
• Prepare sites by placing markers and taking photos for 3D reconstruction
• Operate construction robots using in-house software systems
• Document system performance to assist R&D improvements
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering, ops, and manufacturing teams
• Perform site tasks including setting wall ties, cutting/loading bricks, and pointing walls
• Act as the face of Monumental on construction sites

Requirements

• Technical and analytical mindset with debugging intuition
• Ability to work hands-on in physical environments
• Comfortable with early mornings and frequent driving to sites
• Outcome and detail oriented
• Valid driver's license and comfort driving a van
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on a construction site
