Construction Quantity Surveyor E&I

Responsibilities

• Prepare subcontractor accounts in accordance with subcontract agreements
• Verify that subcontractor accounts align with contractual clauses, project documents, and discipline supervisor approvals
• Check that all accounting documents are duly approved and accompanied by necessary explanatory drawings or sketches
• Enter works performed by subcontractors into the project database
• Detect deviations from expected quantities both before and after execution
• Collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare cost control tabulations

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in the specific discipline
• Proven experience in Civil and Building construction activities
• Experience in the industrial, refinery, or EPC sector involving large plants
• Experience working on the Contractor side
• Fluent English communication skills
• Excellent IT and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
