About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support quality assurance and quality control processes on site
  • Review and monitor contractor quality plans and ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Work with project teams to promote consistent quality practices and standards
  • Identify quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget
  • Plan and carry out quality audits and inspections
  • Track, analyse, and report quality data, non‑conformance, and improvement actions
  • Support continuous improvement of quality processes and controls
  • Maintain clear documentation of audits, issues, lessons learned, and outcomes
  • Stay informed on relevant construction standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and training to project stakeholders on quality processes and expectations
  • Support the use of systems and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and traceability in quality management

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, quality, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in construction quality, commissioning, or similar project environments
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methods
  • Familiarity with construction methods, MEP and structural works, and industry standards
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and structured problem‑solving
  • Working knowledge of construction technologies and quality documentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
