Construction Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and supplemental procedures
• Manage, train, and mentor district and project quality control inspectors
• Coordinate quality control staffing needs and assign qualified personnel to projects
• Assist project teams with pre-job planning, including identifying Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists
• Facilitate the resolution of quality issues by collaborating with Project Managers
• Oversee code compliance and act as a liaison between inspection agencies and jurisdictional authorities
• Monitor and report district quality incidents

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing and implementing construction quality management programs
• Certified Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification is required
• Proven experience working on commercial and/or industrial building projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed
