About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and QA/QC documentation in accordance with project specifications
- Coordinate with client/consultant for inspection approval and documentation submission
- Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Review engineering drawings and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Conduct and supervise inspections (in-process and final) of construction works and materials
- Monitor effectiveness of quality control systems and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes for civil, structure, architectural, and MEP works
- Proven experience in preparing ITP, QA/QC documentation, and inspection reports
- Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Experience handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Good understanding of construction materials and installation processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and QA/QC documentation tools
