Construction Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Support site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules
• Analyze, validate, and report on time impacts, scope changes, or delays
• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule
• Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure
• Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Monitor progress on key delivery milestones against the Baseline Programme
• Assess contractor extension of time (EOT) claims and prepare defense reports
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effects of schedule changes
• Work out site logistic planning and propose micro-management schedules for critical work

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
• Experience coordinating multiple schedule performance data sources into a master platform
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent command of English
• Valid Danish Working Permit

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Data Center construction
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors
