About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage orders, revenue, and profitability within the assigned region
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for small and medium projects
- Advise and support project clients and key decision-makers (architects, engineering offices, general contractors, etc.)
- Calculate, develop, and systematically follow up on offers until contract conclusion
- Utilize modern CRM and IT tools effectively
- Cooperate closely with project management and sales administration departments
- Perform field activities with flexibility for home office work
Requirements
- Strong commercial skills and technical knowledge in blinds, facades, windows, or construction
- Experience in technical sales and advising the "Buying Center"
- Proven ability to acquire new projects and clients
- Knowledge of SIA standards (e.g., 118 or 342)
- Excellent level of German
- Bilingual in French and German
