About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors to advocate for SBD solutions.
- Promote and implement value-added products and services to maximize project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and problem resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans aligned with project milestones and customer requirements.
- Identify new opportunities to add value, streamline procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, manage regional budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on project metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within the Northern Louisiana and Mississippi market.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization to drive strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA10 or OSHA30 certifications.
- Proven construction project management experience.
- Experience planning and executing meetings and events of varying sizes and scope.
