Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery to ensure client objectives are met
• Manage overall project cost, schedule, budgets, general contractors, and vendors
• Review construction proposals, pricing, scopes, and approve capital expenditure spends
• Plan, organize, schedule, and control project delivery to ensure timely completion
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
• Lead client meetings and present project updates at all stages
• Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs
• Support engineering decisions regarding project cost and budget during design-build changes
• Review payment requests, final invoices, and retention payments
• Oversee the transfer of building operations to the client, including close-out documentation and warranties

Requirements

• Engineering, architectural, or construction-related degree
• Solid experience as a project manager in construction
• Mandatory construction experience
• Fluent English for meetings, reports, and client communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• Experience in team management and resource allocation
• Availability to live and work in Salvador/BA

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI or equivalent certification
