Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities from planning and design through construction and close-out
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, design teams, consultants, and contractors
• Support management of project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk tracking
• Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and work plans
• Lead and document routine meetings with project stakeholders
• Administer change management procedures and maintain organized project records
• Prepare project updates, financial summaries, and status reports
• Coordinate with local agencies, utilities, and permitting entities for municipal compliance
• Support procurement tasks including drafting RFPs and evaluating bids
• Conduct risk evaluations and propose strategies for public-sector environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in public works, municipal construction, or infrastructure
• Proven experience overseeing multidisciplinary design and construction efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and project management platforms
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Clearwater, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM
• Experience with capital improvement planning and renovation projects
• Infrastructure delivery experience
