About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
- Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
- Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized
- Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation
- Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure design standards are applied
- Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
- Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
- Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
- Manage client relationships to maximize new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
