About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects ranging from $50K to $2M from pre-construction through close-out
- Ensure project authorization, funding, and jurisdictional approvals are in place
- Provide overall project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance
- Coordinate activities of contractors, specialty consultants, and technical discipline staff
- Partner with architects and engineers during scope development and cost estimation
- Administer the selection process for consultants and contractors, including negotiating fees
- Maintain critical project information in automated project management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management
- Experience managing tenant fit-out and MEP projects under $2 Million
- Proven experience managing A/E consultant services and construction administration
- Demonstrated ability in independent decision-making
- Thorough knowledge of design and construction management practices
- Proficiency in using automated project management systems and office software

- CCM Certification
