Construction Project Manager QA/QC

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction efforts and progress reporting for complex projects
• Manage contracts, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations through site inspections
• Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Review drawings for constructability and provide early-phase input
• Coordinate RFI and submittal processes
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance records
• Monitor health and safety aspects of battery retrofit activities

Requirements

• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience (or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• Proven experience implementing QA/QC plans or contractor site safety plans
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification
• CCM certification
• PMP certification
