Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, cashflow, and cost performance for NE & MOD field operations
• Drive margin improvement through strict cost control of labor, materials, and rework
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Oversee installation progress, testing and commissioning readiness, and site execution discipline
• Lead strict adherence to OTIS EH&S standards to drive a zero-incident culture
• Manage resource and workforce planning, including manpower optimization and subcontractor strategy
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure key account satisfaction
• Facilitate seamless project handover to the Service organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in P&L accountability and financial management
• Expertise in cost control and project execution management
• Strong leadership skills in safety, compliance, and site governance
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and customer engagement
• Experience in resource and workforce planning and optimization
