Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project management activities focused on site logistics, infrastructure, and contractor coordination for New York site development
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource alignment from planning through execution
• Coordinate site logistics planning including material delivery, access roads, and site amenities across internal and external teams
• Oversee construction safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to quality standards
• Manage project documentation and deliverables using project management information systems like Procore
• Utilize BIM, digital field tracking, and automation tools to improve project efficiency and predictability
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce design specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements, codes, and industry standards
• Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent
• Experience in semiconductor, industrial, or highly regulated construction environments
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms, and digital construction tools
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
