Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects, including schedule, scope, and budget
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and budget recovery
• Manage design platforms and documentation using Autodesk and Procore
• Lead design coordination across partners and drive cross-EOR alignment
• Oversee design-related construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site walks
• Support change management and cost impact reviews
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• 4+ years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, or fiber optics construction
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, or hospitals)
• MEP experience in ground-up construction
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
• Proficiency with Autodesk and Procore
