Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, schedule, and manage commercial and industrial construction projects to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage project budgets and proactively track financial resources to ensure projects remain on target.
• Coordinate project progress and resources in an efficient and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative environment among all responsible parties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, procedures, and material management principles.
• Proficiency in MS-Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification.
