Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct project teams to meet goals, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are clearly defined.
• Oversee engineering, constructability, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams from design through start-up.
• Establish project procedures, controls, schedules, and budgets consistent with contractual documents and quality plans.
• Serve as the primary project representative with clients, subcontractors, and vendors during meetings and correspondence.
• Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget, or schedule.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure deliverables meet both client and company needs.
• Provide training and mentoring to entry and mid-level engineers to support professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) or equivalent Project Management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the energy industry.
• 10+ years of direct project oversight in self-performed construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) and other project control software.
• Ability to travel extensively to various project locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
