Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of high value, technically complex construction projects
• Achieve operational and commercial goals through effective management of multi-discipline teams and stakeholders
• Drive projects to completion on time and on budget in a safe and quality focussed manner
• Implement Kier's SHE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from employees and subcontractors
• Act as a mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams
• Serve as the client point of contact to develop excellent working culture and promote ongoing relationships
• Promote Kier's values towards the supply chain and customers

Requirements

• Membership or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIOB/ICE)
• Experience using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project
• Relevant site accreditations (SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid)
• Full Driving Licence
• Ability to undergo SC clearance checks
