About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide embedded on-site PM/CM support for a high-profile Federal modernization construction project.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
  • Coordinate AECOM staff and specialty inspectors to provide technical quality review and oversight.
  • Lead an integrated collaborative team to support the Owner's interests and ensure project conformance.
  • Develop and control budgets and funding strategies.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and coordinate project interactions among occupied facilities.
  • Integrate competing or conflicting elements into planning and execution processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • 6+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in complex, long-term, multi-year project management.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification, license, or Architectural Registration.
  • Experience with Federal or state/municipal government projects.
  • Experience with Land Port of Entry (LPOE), airports, embassies, or military bases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, BIM, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or PMP certification.
