Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale
• Inspect project sites to determine scope of work
• Conduct precise measurements for residential replacement window orders
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers
• Negotiate alternative courses of action and plan terms with customers
• Analyze legal requirements for licensing and permitting
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and supplier relationships

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Project Management experience
• Strong window measurement experience for residential replacement windows
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between sites
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
